SSCB is a charity which is run 100% by volunteers, many of whom have experienced life in the unit.

They exist to ensure that all babies admitted to the Simpson Neonatal Unit receive the best possible care. The role of Simpsons Special Care Babies Charity is to support the Neonatal Unit in a variety of different ways, depending on the situational need at any given time. This support generally, but not exclusively, covers Equipment, Training, Research and Parent Care.
